What this site does
Republishes every already-public OAG audit report with verified language and year (taken from the PDF's own masthead, not from a WordPress label). Re-hosts Puntland legislation the OAG keeps as reference material. Carries a written operating doctrine, an architecture decision record, and signed mirrors so that the public record cannot be silently altered or silently removed.
What this site does NOT do
Does not collect whistleblower information online — the institution cannot legally guarantee what a digital intake form would imply. Does not auto-translate audit findings. Does not surface a recommendation tracker, entity ranking, or accountability score. Does not host any generative-AI feature. These restraints are deliberate; see the doctrine for why.
